Job Summary– 

  • As a Business Development Manager, you should have an understanding of how your business ideas fits into the industry. 
  • To develop & execute the business strategy. 
  • The person will be in charge of managing day-to-day process-driven operations of the organization in context to the REVENUE strategic planning of the organization. 
  • Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and trains our sales professionals. 
  • They will also actively seek out other business opportunities that can boost revenue and set our company apart. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Research and identify potential projects that align with our skills and expertise. 
  • Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients 
  • Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders 
  • Communicate effectively with clients to clarify project details and negotiate terms 
  • Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines 
  • Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services 
  • Set competitive pricing for our services and negotiate project budgets and timelines. 
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. 
  • Place bids on projects, competing with other freelancers or agencies for the same opportunities. 
  • Follow up on submitted proposals and express continued interest in projects. 

 

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Proven record of sales growth. 
  • Experience in Business Development, Marketing, or a Sales-related work in similar industry. 
  • Holds strong knowledge & experience of international market. 
  • Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques 
  • Exceptional project management skills 
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills 
  • Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential 
  • Experience in managing sales or marketing teams 
  • Sharp negotiation and networking skills 
  • Organizational skills 
  • Problem-solving skills 
  • Educational background in business, marketing, or finance 
  • Confidence and self-motivation to succeed in a competitive market.
