Skills Required
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks and technologies.
- Experience with Java performance analysis and tuning is a plus
- Full-stack Java developer with a minimum of 8 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level Java applications.
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently to resolve technical roadblocks.
- Experience with web development (ReactJS) or a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable being self-directed and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with different frameworks.
- Full-stack application development using Java EE, Spring framework (MVC, JPA, Data, Data REST, Boot), ReactJS, and Maven.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and prototype key application components
- Translate operational specifications into the required system development.
- Engage in full-stack Java development
- Modify functionality to meet evolving business needs and legislative requirements.
- Create both high-level and detailed design specifications to facilitate and troubleshoot day-to-day build activities.
- Conduct research to become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the interaction of the Service with source systems and its interaction with business consumers.
- Undertake full-stack development for new applications and enhancements to existing portals.
- Coding of development projects according to specs laid out by the Product Owner.
- Adherence to Scrum Methodology.
- Participation in daily scrums.
- Participation in peer code review.
- R&D on new development projects.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science & Technology, Information Technology.
