Skills Required
- 5 years of QA experience, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to writing software test scripts for UI automation.
- Experience with Appium, Selenium, XCTest.
- Proficiency in web application testing, including web services, Java, and APIs.
- Strong working knowledge of scale-out data storage techniques (NAS and Object), Networking, data encryption, and Linux server hardware.
- Familiarity with storage industry client tools (s3cmd, CosBench, jmeter, Load DynamiX) for performing S3, OpenStack, and NAS operations.
- Creation and execution of both automated and manual test suites.
- 3+ years of scripting experience in programming languages.
- Experience in testing browser and server-side performance, including proficiency with profiling tools such as browser development tools, Dynatrace, and SiteScope.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated tests at all levels, encompassing unit, functional, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Create comprehensive documentation for tested features.
- Report issues in the defect tracking system and monitor progress towards milestones.
- Conduct regular smoke tests on the system.
- Deploy tests to the staging server.
- Investigate and reproduce defects reported by customers.
- Take charge of project/release estimating and sprint analysis, allocating and monitoring tasks in sprints.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for testing-related issues.
- Review user requirements, prepare test cases, execute tests, and report defects and completion.
- Write effective and thorough bug reports and verify bug fixes.
- May perform manual testing as needed to support development teams.
- Collaborate closely with the team to implement a Selenium-based QA framework from the ground up.
- Support development teams by writing unit and integration tests.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science & Technology, Information Technology.
